Drying Time?
Drying time will depend on the thickness of the material, the degree of soiling, the age of the material, the degree of wear, ventilation, and humidity. With this in mind some carpets can take as little as an hour to dry, while others can take most of the day or even overnight. We’ve found that an average drying time is around 4 - 8 hours.
Getting air moving over the carpet will really help with drying, opening windows, turning on ceiling fans etc.

Returning Stains?
Start with 2 questions, “Is it coming back in the same area(s) as before?” or “Is it coming through in a completely new area?”
To properly explain why some marks come back after cleaning it’s best to explain the actual cleaning process. Essentially we are cleaning from the base of the carpet pile to the tip. We use a hot-water extraction process, so we are injecting water and extracting all of the “muck” that it dislodges. Any past spills may have soaked into the carpet which can affect the carpet backing, underlay, or even the sub-floor. The remnants of such spills can “wick” upwards along the carpet fibre, thus the mark(s) will “reappear”.
Please let us know if you have returning stains and we can advise accordingly. Note* If we do need to reclean pre-existing issues, a fee will be charged
